Delivery to Gatineau and downtown Ottawa will be guaranteed within ONE HOUR, from 9AM to 10PM EACH DAY except the heavy traffic window between 2PM to 6PM. The delivery will be guaranteed within TWO hours from 2PM TO 6PM. We encourage you place your order in the morning or evening to enjoy the fastest delivery.
Mohawkvaping store in Ottawa will only deliver to the capital region (Ottawa and Gatineau) by expedition carriers. Customers from Toronto, Kingston, Barrier and Windsor please contact the local stores for fast delivery.
By "Ottawa" we mean the downtown core area of the Ottawa city. If you live outside the 5KM radius from the Parliament Hill, the delivery might take a little bit longer due to the routine traffic.
By "Gatineau" we mean the area from Aylmer to Buckingham (west to east) and from the north shore of Ottawa river to the areas within 5 kilometers north of Highway 50 (south to north).
Delivery to areas out of this area can only be done within 20KM radius, the delivery can only be guaranteed within 2 hours.
We delivery from 9AM to 11PM each day. If you make order before 9AM, you will only receive your order after 9AM the same day; If you make order after 11PM, you will only receive your order after 9AM the NEXT day.
Proof of Age
We utilize Proof of Age (18+) option on every single package, no exceptions.
Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments.
We can not remove this option, even if you have already been verified to be of age. Every package leaving our facilities will require to be age verified. Only the person named in the "Shipping" fields can pick up the package. The carrier will NOT release the package to anyone else. In order for the carrier to hand over the package, you must verify that you are of legal smoking age. If the carrier cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined below) are non-refundable. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for the carrier to ship them back to us. This is absolutely non-negotiable.
